    蜂蜜的日常妙用:

    粉刺:用1咖啡匙麦芽油呵等量的凡士林油,加少许蜂胶搅拌均匀成浆糊状,敷在患处,并轻轻地按摩,早晚各一次,一个疗程未一个星期。

    口疮:1匙量地蜂蜜,加入几滴柠檬油精,慢慢融化于口腔内,一天2-3次,直至炎症消失为止。

    眼睛发炎:煮沸0.1升地水,冷却后,加入满满1匙蜂蜜,用以清洗发炎地眼睛,一日清洗3-4次。

    蚊叮虫咬:在薰衣草内拌入蜂蜜和蜂胶,比例为2313,涂于虫咬处,用纱布包扎好,3-4小时后再换药,直至红肿消失。

     

     

    英国指压减肥法:

    1、  饭前指压嘴唇法:将食指按在人中穴的部位,拇指按在上唇的前端,在10秒之内,迅速捏30回。此法可控制食欲。

    2、  进餐中指压胃法:用食指和中指的指尖指压胸骨和肚济之间的中心点,此法可使胃部充盈,控制饥饿感。在10秒内作30回左右。

    3、  消除嗜吃指压法:许多肥胖的人在紧张或压力大时喜欢大吃一顿,此时可用左右两手互相指压,从食指的下方一直压到肘关节,可消除进学航情绪。

    4、  避免吃零食指压法:用手的两根手指前端,指压手腕内侧,由拇指下方慢慢移动小指前方,用左右手均可。

     

     

    教你正确地享受水果:

    荔枝:连皮浸入淡盐水中,再放入冰柜里冰后食用,不仅不会上火,还能解滞,更可增加食欲。

    菠萝:先削皮去“钉”,再切片泡入盐水中,放冰柜里冰后使用,会更香甜好吃。若泡盐水后再切成粒状,和入奶酪或软雪糕里,冰冻后更可口。

    香蕉:蕉皮可切成丝状加醋泡一下,再伴入凉瓜,宰锦菜同吃,口感特好。
